What are your candles made of?
Eco-friendly ingredients is our top priority. We use:
- 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer burn.
- Premium, non-toxic fragrances (phthalate- and paraben-free).
- Eco-friendly crackling wood wicks.
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches.
How long do your candles and wax melts last?
- 7 oz candles burn for 45–50 hours
- 3 oz candles burn for 20–25 hours
- Wax melt cubes can be used 2–3 times each

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're in the Toronto area, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.
We're located in Scarborough, Ontario, and once your order is ready (typically within 2–3 business days), you’ll receive an email with our full pickup address, pickup hours, contact info, and instructions on how to collect your order.
Important: Pickups are arranged by appointment, and we’ll coordinate a time that works best for you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we offer customised options with a minimum order of 5 candles.

How strong are your candles?
Our candles offer a noticeable, room-filling scent that’s not overpowering. Made with 100% natural soy wax, they release fragrance slowly and evenly, allowing the scent to build in strength and linger longer over time.
